Role Summary:
We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the development and execution of strategic branding initiatives that will elevate Messe Muenchen India's market presence and brand equity. This role calls for an individual with a profound understanding of branding principles and market dynamics, coupled with the ability to craft and implement innovative strategies across multiple platforms. The successful candidate will have a passion for establishing a strong brand positioning, leading the MARCOM team, and ensuring cohesive and impactful brand messaging.
Roles and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Develop and drive comprehensive brand strategies in alignment with company objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities for the brand.
- Oversee the creation and enforcement of brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
- Manage the brand's positioning, messaging, and visual identity to strengthen market presence.
- Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns designed to boost brand awareness and engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce compelling content for digital, print, and social media platforms.
- Conduct in-depth market research to gain insights into consumer behaviour, preferences, and trends, utilizing these insights to refine branding strategies.
- Inspire, mentor, and lead a creative team comprising designers, copywriters, and marketers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and customer service to ensure brand alignment across all touchpoints.
- Cultivate strong relationships with external partners, such as agencies and media outlets, to amplify brand initiatives.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of branding efforts, providing regular performance insights to the management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, with broad understanding of Trade Fairs either as an exhibitor or as a participating company.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing brand strategies that deliver results.
- Deep expertise in digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
- A creative and strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset.
- Proficiency in market research and data analysis tools.
