Job Description Salesforce Developer - Technical

we are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer - Technical . The successful candidate will be responsible for customizing and extending Salesforce applications to meet the unique business needs of our clients. You will work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
Implement and manage integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
Perform data migration and data management tasks within Salesforce.
Ensure best practices for security, data management, and development are followed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy new features and enhancements.
Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
Document technical specifications and development processes.
Stay updated on Salesforce releases and new features to optimize usage.
Troubleshoot and debug Salesforce applications as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
3+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with a strong focus on Apex and Lightning.
Familiarity with Salesforce architecture, custom objects, and workflows.
Experience with REST and SOAP APIs for integration.
Understanding of data models, schema design, and Salesforce best practices.
Prior experience with version control systems such as Git.
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Developer or Platform Developer I and II are a plus.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment tools such as Jenkins is an advantage.
Familiarity with community cloud or service cloud implementations is a plus.
