We are seeking a motivated and technically adept Presales & Solutions Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients, helping them navigate complex enterprise software solutions. Your deep understanding of Enterprise SaaS applications and ability to tailor innovative solutions will play a key role in solving business challenges and delivering impactful customer experiences.
You will lead solution design throughout the sales cycle, collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, and support business development efforts through product demonstrations, proofs of concept, and strategic input.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative solution proposals tailored to client business challenges and goals.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of SaaS products to enterprise stakeholders.
- Conduct on-field and on-site Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate technical requirements.
- Collaborate with business development, product, marketing, technology, and finance teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
- Identify and communicate product gaps and client feedback to internal teams.
- Analyze client KPIs and business processes to provide data-backed insights and recommendations.
- Proactively generate leads and engage with prospective clients across multiple regions and time zones.
- Support sales efforts by conducting pilots, delivering solution walkthroughs, and building strong business cases.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, Statistics, or a related field.
- 23 years of experience in technical presales or solution engineering, preferably within a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
- Familiarity with enterprise SaaS products is a strong advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with a proactive, can-do attitude and strong initiative.
- Understanding of system integration processes, requirement gathering, and RFI/RFP documentation.
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Postman, and SQL.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to influence, persuade, and deliver compelling presentations.
- Confident and engaging presence with excellent organizational and decision-making abilities.
- Willingness to travel for domestic and international client engagements.
