We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to lead national-level sales operations for Ayurvedic OTC products. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in channel sales and distribution, a deep understanding of the Ayurvedic OTC market, and a strong network of dealers and distributors across India.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities- Define and implement a national channel sales strategy to maximize market share for Ayurvedic OTC products.
- Identify, onboard, and manage appropriate distribution channels and partners.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing pan-India sales and distribution team to drive growth and ensure consistent performance.
- Develop systems to optimize the effectiveness of sales channels and teams, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Drive engagement and performance among wholesalers and distributors, maintaining a strong presence across traditional and emerging markets.
- Ensure financial viability of sales and distribution decisions, leveraging strong commercial acumen.
- Stay attuned to market dynamics and use data-driven insights to adjust strategies and hypotheses as needed.
- Champion both traditional and digital channels for improved reach, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Minimum 12 years of proven experience in channel sales and distribution.
- Prior experience with Ayurvedic OTC products is a must.
- Demonstrated ability to lead national-level sales functions and large teams.
- Established dealer and distributor network in the Ayurvedic OTC segment across India.
- Strong understanding of financial implications in S&D operations.
- Familiarity with both conventional and digital distribution channels.
- Analytical, structured, and systems-driven approach to sales management.
- Comfortable with data-backed decision-making and adapting strategies based on evidence.
