Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tele sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales
team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a proven
track record in sales. As a Tele sales Consultant, you will be responsible for generating sales
through outbound calls, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Job Responsibilities
Selling:
Use various leads sources provided to generate phone sales.
Referral Generation: Obtain referrals as part of each sales call to expand the customer base.
Celebrate Success: Actively celebrate daily new sales within the team to foster a positive
work environment.
Conduct courtesy calls for new sales within 8 months and 11 months as directed.
Renewal:
Follow the renewal script for renewal calls to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
Referral Collection: Obtain referrals as part of the renewal call to enhance future sales
opportunities.
Update renewal member information on the renewal sales form accurately.
Statistics Maintenance: Maintain renewal statistics for every renewal call to track
performance.
Contact renewals as per the established Renewal policy to ensure customer retention.
Administration:
Document sales at the end of each call to maintain accurate records.
File Management: Place all sales documents in the allocated area for the Administration
officer for organized record-keeping.
Exclusions / Not Eligible
Candidates who do not meet the following criteria will not be considered for this position:
Less than 2 years of relevant sales experience.
Lack of proficiency in English or poor communication skills.
Candidates currently employed in competing firms or industries may also be disqualified to
avoid conflicts of interest.

Requirements
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum of 2 years in a sale or telesales role with a proven ability to meet sales targets.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-centric approach.
Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer applications (MS Office).
High school diploma; a bachelor's degree in business or related fields is preferred but not
mandatory.
