Growth Marketing Manager (E-commerce)

As a Growth Marketing Manager (e-commerce) for our technology client, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and optimisation of our client's e-commerce channels in the APAC market. You will manage and optimise owned and operated channels, such as email marketing and in-product notifications, to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion.

Role:

• Develop and implement data-driven growth strategies for our client's e-commerce platform in APAC, with a particular focus on owned and operated channels.
• Manage and optimise email marketing campaigns, in-product notifications, and other owned channels to maximise user engagement and conversion rates.
• Conduct an in-depth analysis of the e-commerce funnel to identify areas for improvement and implement optimisation strategies that enhance the user experience and drive conversions.
• Design and execute A/B tests to optimise email marketing creatives, subject lines, calls to action, and in-product notification messaging.
• Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives and report on campaign performance.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and creative, to ensure alignment and the successful execution of growth strategies.
• Stay informed about, communicate, and apply new or current trends and best practices in digital marketing and analytics.

You

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce growth marketing, with a strong focus on owned and operated channels.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful growth strategies that drive measurable results.
• Deep understanding of e-commerce funnel optimization and A/B testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.

• Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills and - ideally - fluent in another Asian language to cover projects across APAC.
