We are seeking a compassionate, skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) to deliver high-quality, advanced clinical care within Indiana's state-operated hospital system. This role provides an exceptional opportunity to manage complex patient needs, lead care teams, and play a key role in quality improvement within a dynamic, mission-driven healthcare setting.

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations (histories, physicals, etc.)
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic health conditions
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies and lab results
• Prescribe medications and therapeutic treatments
• Lead nursing and interdisciplinary teams in clinical and educational initiatives
• Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate patient transfers/referrals
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with all clinical regulations
• Mentor and educate patients, families, and healthcare team members

Requirements

• Education: Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (MSN or DNP required)
• Licensure:
• Active Indiana NP license
• DEA registration and Indiana Controlled Substance Registration (CSR)
• Current CPR certification
• Experience: 2+ years in acute care or hospital settings preferred
• Technical Skills:
• Ability to interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic data
• EMR proficiency
• Prescriptive authority and care plan development
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent leadership and team collaboration
• Strong critical thinking and crisis management skills
