We are seeking a dedicated Charge Nurse Supervisor to lead nursing teams in state-operated hospital facilities across Indiana. In this role, you will combine clinical expertise with operational leadership to guide staff, manage emergency response protocols, and ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care.

• Oversee daily nursing operations to ensure high standards of patient care
• Lead emergency interventions and safety rounds across units
• Train staff on clinical protocols and ensure regulatory compliance
• Evaluate staff performance, provide coaching, and lead onboarding initiatives
• Collaborate with medical teams and participate in facility committees
• Monitor therapeutic outcomes and implement care improvements
• Ensure thorough and accurate patient documentation

Requirements

• Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred
• Licensure: Valid Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) license; BLS certification required
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in nursing, preferably in acute or psychiatric settings
• Technical Skills:
• Emergency response and safety leadership
• Care planning and policy implementation
• Training, onboarding, and staff development
• Soft Skills:
• Effective leadership and conflict resolution
• Excellent communication and collaboration across interdisciplinary teams
