Position OverviewWe are seeking a licensed Psychologist to join one of Indiana's state-operated hospitals. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in patient care by conducting assessments, providing therapeutic services, leading treatment planning, and supervising clinical staff. You'll also have the opportunity to engage in research, develop programs, and influence agency policies.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct and interpret psychological assessments with corresponding written evaluations
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based practices
- Lead clinical treatment planning and ensure patient-centered decision-making
- Develop and present psychoeducational programming for patient populations
- Maintain detailed, HIPAA-compliant clinical documentation
- Supervise master's-level clinicians and practicum students
- Participate in research projects and contribute to agency-level policy enhancements
- Recommend specialized assessments or treatments based on therapeutic objectives

Benefits
Qualifications- Education: Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution (required)
- Licensure: Active Indiana Psychologist license (required)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, including psychological testing and therapy
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in psychological assessments
- Experience with evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Familiarity with HIPAA and clinical documentation standards
- Soft Skills:
