We are hiring compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join a network of state-operated hospitals across Indiana. In this role, you'll be instrumental in delivering high-quality nursing care to patients with acute and chronic conditions. This opportunity allows you to build expertise in both medical and behavioral health settings while making a meaningful impact on patient recovery.

• Coordinate and prioritize daily patient care assignments
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with facility protocols
• Conduct assessments and monitor patients' medical and behavioral health status
• Develop and revise care plans tailored to individual needs
• Educate patients and families on treatment regimens and safety procedures
• Respond to medical and behavioral emergencies, including de-escalation
• Supervise nursing aides and report unit conditions to clinical leadership
• Uphold infection control, documentation accuracy, and hospital safety standards

Requirements

• Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited program
• Licensure: Active Indiana LPN license and current CPR certification
• Experience: 1+ year of clinical experience preferred
• Technical Skills:
• EMR proficiency
• Medication administration
• Care planning and crisis response
• Soft Skills:
• Strong communication and teamwork
• Adaptability in high-pressure clinical environments
