Research Associate

JOB DUTIES:

• Respond to broker requests for data, including comparable sales, property taxes, and mailing lists
• Preparation of sales reports and special reports as needed
• Analysis of current market conditions including pricing and supply trends
• Research on current economic indicators

Requirements

• Business degree, preferably in Economics or Finance
• Strong computer skills, especially in Excel.
• Big data experience a plus.

This position's salary range is between $55,000-$57,000
