Are you looking for a machine operator position?

Parallel Employment is currently hiring for a machine operator role at our client company in East Troy, WI. As a machine operator, you will be responsible for operating various pieces of equipment and performing duties to prepare material for storage or shipment.

Our client offers long-term positions with competitive pay rates starting between $18.00-$21.00/hour. There is also a shift premium.

1st shift: 6am-4pm Monday- Thursday

2nd shift: 4p-2am Monday-Thursday

3rd shift: 10pm-6am Sunday- Wednesday

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate finishing equipment including straightener, saw, and furnace
Use measuring equipment such as micrometers and tape measures
Evaluate and assist in solving problems associated with quality
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED
Previous manufacturing experience preferred
Ability to read, write, and perform basic math calculations
Trainable and able to demonstrate comprehension on various types of equipment and machinery
Strong general mechanical skills
Detail-oriented and able to work in a dynamic environment
