We are currently seeking a Director of Engineering to join our team. • Lead and manage the engineering department, overseeing all engineering activities and projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Demonstrated experience in the construction industry with knowledge of applicable regulations and standards.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Proficient in engineering software and tools; familiarity with project management software is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
