We are looking for a motivated, self-driven Residential Development Representative to join our team and help expand our customer base through door-to-door sales.

Job Description:
As a Residential Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business through direct, door-to-door sales efforts. You will educate potential customers, in our already established communities, about the benefits of our fiberoptic internet, IPTV services, and home security solutions. This role requires a high level of energy, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Door-to-Door Sales: Prospect, engage, and close sales with homeowners within assigned neighborhoods.
  • Product Knowledge: Clearly communicate the benefits of fiberoptic internet, IPTV, and home security services to potential customers.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and target new customers, scheduling follow-up appointments and demos as necessary.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Develop strong rapport with prospects and establish trust to drive long-term customer relationships.
  • Sales Goals: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and sales progress.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Must be comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Direct sales, preferably door-to-door sales or in-home sales recommended but not required!
  • Fiberoptic, IPTV, or home security industry experience a plus
