CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Market Research and Analysis

Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities and target clients.

Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to refine strategies.

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Identify and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, and digital platforms.

Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.

Assistance with sales and agreements:

Coordinate with marketing teams to create campaigns that attract potential clients.

Assist with creation of proposals and presentations

Keep agreements in compliance for company and follow-up with customers for renewals

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.

Provide insights and suggestions for improving business development strategies.

ELIGIBILITY

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field

Experience in the IT or software services industry is highly desirable.

Requirements

REQUIRED SKILL SET

1-3 years of experience in business development in the technology or IT services sector.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

Number of new clients acquired.

Revenue generated from new and existing clients.

Conversion rate of leads to successful deals.
