Business Development Executive - Inside Sales

About the Role:
We are hiring an experienced Inside Sales Executive to focus on B2B retailers. If you are passionate about sales, have excellent communication skills, and are target-driven, we invite you to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls, follow up on leads, and close online sales.
Identify customer needs and upsell/cross-sell services.
Maintain customer records and build strong relationships.
Stay updated on products and market competition.
Required Skills & Abilities:
13 years of Inside Sales/B2B Sales experience.
Strong communication, cold calling, and closing skills.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and organized.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Qualifications:
Graduate/Undergraduate/Postgraduate or relevant field experience.

Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
- BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
