Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Put information into the computer, like invoices, bills, client details, and financial statements.
- Keep our storage system organized so that the information is accurate and complete.
- Keep track of paper documents, like invoices, inventory lists, and other financial papers.
- Make sure our filing system is good by always making it better for our information.
- Work with other office workers to find any missing information.
- Answer questions about the information and tell management if there are any big mistakes.
- Follow the best ways to manage information and make sure everything is accurate and fast.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year of experience as a data entry specialist.
- Great knowledge of different data entry programs like Ninox, Kintone, and OmPrompt Order Management.
- Very organized, good at seeing small mistakes, and able to fix them quickly.
- Good at talking with others and working together.
- Can manage time well and finish important tasks first.
- Excellent at typing and experience using Windows, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
