Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Gathering and preparing documents, materials, and information for data entry.
  • Researching to find missing information in documents and materials.
  • Creating digital versions of paper documents or dictation.
  • Reviewing all documents and information for accuracy and reporting any errors to the supervisor.
  • Inputting data into digital databases and performing regular backups.
  • Updating and maintaining databases, archives, and filing systems.
  • Monitoring and reviewing databases for errors or inconsistencies.
  • Generating and exporting data reports, spreadsheets, and documents as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications
