The Role:
This role will continue to raise expectations and the strategic vision to drive our growth in the local government sector. As both a strategic leader and a hands-on contributor, this individual will lead a high-performing team of account executives, directly engage with clients, and personally drive key initiatives to expand our footprint and deepen client relationships.
It requires a tenacious and scrappy approach to achieving revenue targets and market expansion goals. The ideal candidate is both a big-picture thinker and someone willing to roll up their sleeves, demonstrating a commitment to building a high-performing team and personally closing deals. We need a leader who is agile, thrives in ambiguity, and holds themselves accountable to the highest standards.
