Marketing Manager

Symmetrio is currently recruiting a Marketing Manager position for our customer, a leading multi-national medical technology company. This candidate is responsible for driving marketing programs for software solutions. This role includes marketing planning and execution to guide the customer journey from awareness to advocacy. Key responsibilities include product launches, pricing strategies, positioning, marketing communications, lead generation, and field support. Performance is measured based on product line success and customer engagement.

• Developamarketingplanwithengagementprogramstohighlightthefeaturesandbenefitsofsoftwaresolutions,ensuringaunifiedcustomerexperience.
• GatherandconsolidateVoiceofCustomer(VOC)insightsincollaborationwithSales,BusinessDevelopment,andServiceteams.
• Conductmarketsegmentationandcreatetailoredmessagingbyutilizinginternalandexternalmarketintelligencesources.
• Collaboratewithproductandportfoliomanagementtoinfluenceroadmapdevelopmentandacceleratetime-to-market.
• ExecuteproductlaunchesinNorthAmericaincoordinationwithGlobalMarketingandSoftwareSalesteams.
• Providethoughtleadershiponcompetitivepositioning,marketdevelopment,andcompetitoractivities.
• Identifyandcultivatecustomerchampionsforreferencesitestoshowcasetheimpactofsoftwaresolutions.
• Developandimplementstrategiesforunbundledproductsalesandsupportingcampaigns.
• Conductmarketandcompetitiveanalysistoidentifytrendsaffectingproductsuccess.
• Overseetradeshowactivities,messaging,andprofessionalsocietymeetingsrelatedtosoftwareproducts.
• Implementsalespromotionstoenhancemarketshareandadoption.
• SupporttrainingprogramsforSalesstaffandkeystakeholders.
• Upholdcompanyvaluesinalldepartmentalactivities.

Requirements

• Bachelor'sDegreerequired.
• DegreeinMarketingorrelevanttrainingpreferred.
• Knowledgeofradiotherapyequipment,linearaccelerators,andassociatedsoftwaresolutions.
• Strongbusinessacumenwithaproventrackrecordindrivingprofitabilityandgrowthincompetitivemarkets.
• Excellentverbalandwrittencommunicationskills,includingtheabilitytopresenttoseniorleadership.
• Stronganalyticalskillsandstrategicbusinessmindset.
