Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Acquiring and managing corporate and SME clients through inbound calls, outbound calls, or email.
- Research and analyze clients' financial profiles and market dynamics to identify potential opportunities.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs, and develop a growth strategy that focuses on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Initiating meetings with clients, gathering business and financial needs, structuring the transaction, and drafting the proposal.
- Dealing with corporate clients, from SMEs to large corporations, and advising them on various banking and financial products and services offered by various banks.
- Negotiating and finalising the mandates till their closure from the end-to-end procedure.
- Working with the team to formulate a Debt Syndication strategy focusing on revenue generation and profitability.
- Debt fundraising for corporate clients from private and public sector banks
Requirements
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and customer relationship management.
- Proficient in MS Office
Strong Interpersonal skills
Qualifications:MBA or Post Graduation in Management Studies would be preferable (Marketing and Finance)
CTC: Upto Rs. 8 LPA
