This position reports to the Manager Customer Care and is part of the Customer Support Team l ocated in Mumbai and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Efficiently handle the entire tender submission process (includes Government/private/ GEM tenders)
Prepare AMC / CMC quote, One Time Service visit quotes, spare parts quotes Prepare MIS for Sales / Service quotes & orders
Order Processing ? Order to Cash Process
Local Procurement
Qualification
- Commerce Degree- (Graduate from other stream with expected experience will be considered)
Experience
- 3-5 Years experience
Skills required
Strong communication and good inter-personal skills
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Meticulous with a keen eye for details
Keen learner, team player, highly self-motivated individual
Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:1-Foreign currency order handling2-Handling Letter of Credits
