Customer Support Executive ERP Software (Lower Parel East, Mumbai)
OneSpider Technologies LLPa fast-growing ERP software and mobile applications for Pharma & FMCGis hiring entry-level Customer Support Executives to deliver outstanding software support in accounting, billing, and GST modules.
Job Details:
Location: Lower Parel East, Mumbai (10 min walk from station)
- Working Hours: MonSat | 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
- Experience: Freshers to 2 years
- Education: Commerce Graduate or 12th pass with customer support experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients via phone, email, and remote tools (Anydesk/TeamViewer).
- Troubleshoot ERP accounting and GST issues.
- Conduct training sessions for new users.
- Document cases and escalate complex issues to the technical team.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely follow-ups.
Must Have Skills:
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and GST.
- Customer centric attitude with strong communication skills.
Nice to Have:
- Prior exposure to any accounting/ERP software.
- Experience using remote access tools.

Requirements
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school diploma
