Customer Support Executive ERP Software (Lower Parel East, Mumbai)

OneSpider Technologies LLPa fast-growing ERP software and mobile applications for Pharma & FMCGis hiring entry-level Customer Support Executives to deliver outstanding software support in accounting, billing, and GST modules.

Job Details:

Location: Lower Parel East, Mumbai (10 min walk from station)

  • Working Hours: MonSat | 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
  • Experience: Freshers to 2 years
  • Education: Commerce Graduate or 12th pass with customer support experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients via phone, email, and remote tools (Anydesk/TeamViewer).
  • Troubleshoot ERP accounting and GST issues.
  • Conduct training sessions for new users.
  • Document cases and escalate complex issues to the technical team.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely follow-ups.

Must Have Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and GST.
  • Customer centric attitude with strong communication skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Prior exposure to any accounting/ERP software.
  • Experience using remote access tools.

Requirements

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • High school diploma
