Requirements

Responsibilities

Conduct on-site product demonstrations at hospitals to highlight the device's functionality and value.
Manage product installation and provide first-line troubleshooting and technical support for devices.
Perform site assessments and share detailed device setup requirements with the remote support team.
Train healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses) and patients on device usage and patient monitoring dashboards.
Coordinate closely with remote teams, offering timely updates on field activities and implementation progress.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with healthcare professionals to ensure ongoing support and collaboration.
Support additional operational tasks as required to ensure smooth field execution.

Requirements

Graduate or Diploma (preferably in Science or ITI).
02 years of experience in field operations or field sales, preferably within the healthcare or hospital industry.
Willingness to travel locally and work inside hospital wards, including occasional night shifts.
Strong communication skills with fluency in the local language.
Prior experience interacting with healthcare professionals such as nurses or doctors is a plus.
Basic computer literacy and comfort with operating digital tools.
