Job Description

We're looking for a highly driven Strategic Account Executive to help accelerate our growth in the healthcare space. In this role, you'll focus on new client acquisition within mid- to large-sized medical and dental groups. You'll play a critical role in expanding our client base, building strong relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that improve healthcare operations.

What You'll Do:

Drive outbound sales efforts targeting physician groups, medical and dental practices, and DSOs

Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, consultative selling, proposal development, negotiation, and closing

Conduct virtual and occasional in-person meetings to present Medva's value proposition

Customize presentations and solutions to meet the unique needs of each client

Track and report key sales metrics using CRM tools

Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with Medva's evolving offerings

Travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events

Requirements

3+ years of experience selling services or solutions to healthcare organizations

Background selling to medical or dental practices, groups, or DSOs

Proven "hunter" mentality with a track record of exceeding sales goals

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational skills and experience managing multiple stakeholders

Comfortable using CRM software to manage pipeline and reporting

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
