RMC is hiring for a Senior Customer Tech Support Specialist who will provide Help Desk and server support to one of our customers onsite in Dahlgren, VA.

Requirements

  • 6 years of professional experience in Industry, Federal or DoD Help Desk Support using a help desk tool such as ServiceNow.
  • One of the following certifications: CASP+, CCNP Security, or CISA.
  • Active TS/SCI (DoD TOP SECRET clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information access eligibility) is required to start. The applicant selected may be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Salary at RMC is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, a candidate's specific combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific requirements. The current salary range for this position will be $70,000.00 to $130,000.00 (annually).
