As a vital member of our community, you will be responsible for safeguarding the well-being and security of our residents, staff, and facilities during nighttime hours.

As a Security Officer at The Village at Orchard Ridge, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment during nighttime hours. This includes patrolling the premises, monitoring CCTV systems, responding to emergencies, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent education is preferred.
• One year of experience in a security related field is preferred
• Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record
• Relate and work well with others
• Attention to record keeping and documentation of work performed. Understand, perform and enforce applicable NLCS and departmental policies and procedures
• Possess a working knowledge of applicable state laws, especially those dealing with the use of force and detention
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions
• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
• Ability to read and speak English
