Job Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized in-home care for clients
- Assist with daily activities including:
- Personal hygiene and grooming
- Meal preparation
- Medication reminders
- Light housekeeping
- Transportation to appointments
- Offer compassionate companionship
- Communicate effectively with clients and their families
Requirements
- Must possess and maintain all applicable certifications in accordance with state law
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Experience in a home care or long term health care environment a plus
- Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image
- Must possess skills to make decisions and solve problems
- Must possess strong written and oral communication skills; be able to follow oral and written directions; and ability to maintain confidential information
- Must comply with required clearances including but not limited to State Tuberculosis (PPD) clearances, satisfactory criminal record report
