Job Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized in-home care for clients
• Assist with daily activities including:
• Personal hygiene and grooming
• Meal preparation
• Medication reminders
• Light housekeeping
• Transportation to appointments
• Offer compassionate companionship
• Communicate effectively with clients and their families

Requirements

• Must possess and maintain all applicable certifications in accordance with state law
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Experience in a home care or long term health care environment a plus
• Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image
• Must possess skills to make decisions and solve problems
• Must possess strong written and oral communication skills; be able to follow oral and written directions; and ability to maintain confidential information
• Must comply with required clearances including but not limited to State Tuberculosis (PPD) clearances, satisfactory criminal record report
