Registered Nurse (PRN)

Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care with attention to detail
Assess patient conditions and develop comprehensive care plans
Administer medications and treatments with precision
Monitor and document patient progress meticulously
Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Identify and address potential health issues proactively
Inspire and enlighten patients and families on health maintenance
Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

Current RN license in good standing
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
Strong clinical skills and up-to-date knowledge of healthcare practices
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Proficiency in electronic health record systems
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
