As an LPN on our team, you'll play a crucial role at our 20 suite nursing home in providing direct patient care and supporting our healthcare team. This position requires a blend of clinical skills, empathy, and a strong commitment to teamwork. You'll be an essential part of creating a warm, supportive environment for our patients, where your individual strengths and experiences are valued and utilized.
Requirements
Current LPN license in good standing
Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred
A Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current healthcare practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate nature with genuine interest in patient well-being
Experience working with older adults or supervising nursing assistants preferred
Proficiency in electronic health records systems
Flexibility to work various shifts, including some weekends and holidays
BLS certification required
Have a passion for excellence and compassion for people

Job Type: Full-time
Salary range is $27.75 - $34.00 per hour based on experience.
