Job Description


Client Acquisition & Relationship Management : Identify and acquire new clients in the snack, QSR, and food processing sectors, while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

Product Presentations & Demonstrations : Present and demonstrate Dynamech's products (e.g., fryers, heat exchangers, roasters) to prospective clients, showcasing their benefits and efficiency.

Technical Sales Support : Provide technical expertise during the sales process, addressing customer queries and offering customized solutions.

Sales Strategy & Target Achievement : Develop and execute sales strategies to meet sales targets and business growth objectives.

Market Research : Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adjust sales approaches and identify new business opportunities.

Collaboration with Design & R&D : Work closely with the engineering team to tailor solutions based on customer feedback and requirements.

Proposal & Quotation Preparation : Prepare and submit proposals, quotes, and technical documentation to clients.

Product Training & Support : Offer training and after-sales support to clients, ensuring product performance and customer satisfaction.

Sales Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress toward targets.

International Expansion Support : Assist in exploring and entering new markets, especially in the U.S., ensuring alignment with product offerings.
