Our Trainee Programme are for rising seniors and recent graduateswho should be either students in their last semester or recent graduates (max 2 years after graduation).

Job Description

• Be responsible for learning about the fa?ade and fenestration industry.
• Understanding different type of fa?ade systems.
• Visit his/her clients and colleagues systematically, monitors specific customers/key partners and significant projects along with the senior.
• Be responsible for complying to the departmental procedures of operation.
• Develop new clients or database mining.
• Work in co-ordination with the Area Sales Manager and understand the nuances of the trade.

Requirements

• Diploma/Graduate Civil Engineering; Mechanical Engineering
• Software's needed: MS Office, AutoCAD
• Students in their last semester or recent graduates (max 2 years after graduation)

Benefits

• This would be a one-year contract upon which the company may offer a permanent position in the organization. This will depend on the performance of the candidate and other factors.
• During his one year tenure he would be drawing an annual salary of 3.5 lakhs. His/Her location would be in Navi Mumbai.
