Location: Bangalore (this is a full time, in office role, not a remote position)

Salary range: 15L to 30L per annum

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales/Solution Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and sales acumen, enabling them to effectively engage with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that drive business growth.

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and technical requirements.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the benefits and functionality of our solutions.
• Be a trusted advisor and partner for our customers on how best to integrate and implement solutions
• Assist in the preparation of proposals and pricing estimates.
• Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, including industry trends and competitive landscape.
• Customize solutions based on specific customer requirements and business challenges.
• Work with customers during the implementation phase to ensure a seamless transition and successful deployment of solutions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and customer support to refine product offerings and ensure alignment with market needs.
• Provide feedback to the product team based on customer interactions and competitive analysis.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to effectively position our solutions.

• Proven experience of a minimum of 5+ in a sales engineering or solution engineering role
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, life sciences, compliance, or quality management processes is a plus.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to grasp complex concepts quickly.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a creative and strategic mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
• Experience with cloud-based solutions and emerging technologies.
• International exposure is a huge plus, especially if you have lived overseas.
• Ability to think from first principles. Not afraid to question authority and say 'no'.
• Excellent understanding and usage of Google Workspace and, ideally, Notion
• Outstanding research, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
• Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties.
