Requirements

• Should beB.E / Diploma -Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics or a related field.
• Should havea minimum4 or more yearsof proven sales experience incapital goods industry, specifically with resistance welding machines.
• Should have experience inIndustries like Automobile/ Defence /Private & Public Ltd.
• Should haveStrong technical understanding of welding processes and applications.
• Should haveExcellent communication and presentation skillsto effectively communicate technical information to customers.
• Should have Proven ability to buildrelationships, negotiate deals, and close sales effectively.
• Should haveProficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Should haveWillingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet with potential customers
• Should have experience in handling a Team
• Should be a local fromPune Region.
