Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential leads through various channels, including LinkedIn, email, and industry events.
  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients, presenting our services and gauging their interest.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their business needs and challenges, ensuring alignment with our offerings.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop personalized approaches for engaging potential clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and lead status within the CRM system.
  • Track and report performance metrics to evaluate the success of lead generation strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales development or lead generation role, ideally in SaaS or technology.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies, with an emphasis on relationship building.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and customer engagement.
