We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. This role is perfect for individuals with a passion for sales and a deep understanding of SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in outbound sales, pre-sales, and lead generation using a variety of tools, including HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Email Marketing platforms. As an SDR, your main responsibility will be to drive new business opportunities, build relationships with prospects, and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Utilize HubSpot, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and research potential leads, engage with them through email outreach, and qualify leads based on predetermined criteria.
  • Outbound Sales: Conduct outbound calls and emails to potential customers, building relationships and introducing our SaaS offerings in a compelling manner.
  • Pre-sales Support: Collaborate with Account Executives (AEs) to ensure the smooth transition of qualified leads, providing necessary background information and context on the prospect's needs and pain points.
  • Email Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns, nurturing leads through personalized email sequences and improving engagement rates.
  • SaaS Sales: Use your knowledge of SaaS products to effectively communicate the value proposition to prospects and explain how our solution meets their business needs.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Accurately maintain records in CRM (HubSpot), track interactions, and update prospect status to ensure a clear view of the sales pipeline. Regularly report progress to the sales manager.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with the latest sales strategies and tools in the SaaS industry to maximize lead generation and conversion efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, improve lead nurturing strategies, and ensure smooth handoffs of qualified leads to the sales team.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Sales Skills: Proven ability to engage with prospects, build rapport, and successfully qualify leads.
  • SaaS Sales Experience: Experience in selling SaaS products or services is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Sales Tools: Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Email Marketing platforms.
  • Pre-sales Expertise: Strong pre-sales skills to understand prospect pain points, articulate solutions, and nurture relationships effectively.
  • Excellent Communication: Clear and persuasive communication, both written and verbal, with a focus on relationship-building and lead nurturing.
  • Outbound Sales Experience: Ability to conduct outbound calls and email outreach, with a strong understanding of sales cadences and the use of technology in the sales process.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high levels of efficiency and accuracy.
  • Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Driven to achieve and exceed targets with a proactive attitude.

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not required.
