Bricker Graydon is seeking an experienced real estate attorney to join its growing Northeast Ohio presence. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years' experience providing real estate support in real estate transactions, including property acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, land use and real estate development matters. This position will have a heavy focus on property due diligence, title and survey review, site control drafting, interfacing with title companies, lenders and developers. Experience within the energy or construction industry, a plus.
Candidates should also possess excellent academic credentials, high ethical standards, strong writing, analytical and communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Must possess strong project management skills and be able to work with multiple attorneys on a variety of assignments.
