Bricker Graydon is seeking an attorney with 4+ years' experience to join its dynamic and fast-growing higher education practice. We are interested in attorneys with experience in some of the following areas: civil rights investigations, higher education compliance, labor and employment, and litigation. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Title IX coordinator or investigator. Remote arrangements may be considered, however, flexibility to be on-site when needed may be required.
Effective candidates must have strong writing and interpersonal skills, an enthusiasm for university and college environments and the ability to build and maintain relationships while providing sound legal and practical judgment.
Candidates should also possess excellent academic credentials, high ethical standards, strong writing, analytical and communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Must possess strong project management skills and be able to work with multiple attorneys on a variety of assignments.
