Member - Trusts And Estate Planning

McDonald Hopkins is seeking a Member level Trusts and Estates attorney for its evolving Estate Planning and Probate practice in our Cleveland or Detroit office. The Estate Planning and Probate practice group serves sophisticated clients and collaboratively works with other practice groups within our full-service firm. The ideal candidate will have a desire to join and contribute to a progressive team, and possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in the following areas: complex estate planning, estate and trust administration, estate and gift tax strategies, business succession planning, and estate and gift tax return preparation. Candidates should be creative self-starters with some book of business, willing to take on the practices of retiring lawyers, highly organized, with strong writing and communication skills. A candidate with an LLM or business background is preferred, but not necessary.
