The Cleveland office of Thompson Hine seeks an associate to join its Taxation practice group. This associate will have the opportunity to be involved in complex, sophisticated tax transactional work, and in particular tax credit monetization transactions in the renewable energy industry. Qualified candidates will have 2-4 years of tax experience and strong law school and undergraduate academic credentials; an undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance or closely related field is a plus. An LL.M. in taxation or CPA is required.
