Product Designer

We're looking for a Product Designer with a keen eye for UI craft and a flair for interaction design . While an understanding of UX principles is important, this role emphasizes Interaction design excellence and motion in UI .

From creating stunning app screens to revamping the website to designing intuitive micro-interactions, you'll shape the look and feel of 8club. Your work will seamlessly blend aesthetics with functionality, elevating our platform to new heights.

Requirements

1. 8club App: Refine and expand the current design language, ensuring seamless UI and UX for new flows and features. You can download the app on Appstore| Playstore.
2. Website: Execute a complete revamp of the website to align with 8club's brand and design ethos. Present website is outdated now, both design and content wise.
3. Web App: Design clean, intuitive interfaces for a web app that supports key 8club functionalities.
4. Brand Collaboration: Contribute to brand-related visual decisions alongside the design team.
5. Design Craft: From wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes, you'll craft and deliver designs that the engineering team will bring to life.
6. Setting up Design System: Contribute in building the base of the design library, and then collaborate to build the design system later.

1. A solid foundation in UI design , with an exceptional eye for detail and the ability to deliver screens that impress and inspire.
2. A practical understanding of UX principles , allowing you to tackle challenges like usability and accessibility with creative, user-focused solutions.
3. Proficiency in design tools like Figma , and a knack for translating ideas into intuitive designs.
4. A collaborative spirit to work closely with engineering, product, and business teams , developing innovative yet practical solutions to design challenges.
5. A proactive mindset, eager to learn, adapt, and grow alongside the product.
6. Ownership of your work, ensuring every detail is thoughtfully executed and no stone is left unturned.

Experience: 03 years in UI/UX or Product Design.
