Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Lead the product design process from research and ideation through wireframing, prototyping, and final design
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that bring our product vision to life
Collaborate with product managers to define requirements and with engineers during implementation
Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across products
Present design work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating your process and outcomes
Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
Strong UX/UI design skills with attention to visual aesthetics and interaction details
Experience conducting user research and translating insights into design decisions
Ability to prototype at various fidelities to communicate design concepts
Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a startup environment
Knowledge of design systems and component-based design
Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics)
Experience designing for multiple platforms (web, mobile, tablet)
Background in user-centered design methodologies
