We're seeking a Product Designer who can take full ownership of the design processend-to-end. This role goes beyond checking boxes; it's about deeply understanding user needs, collaborating across teams, and delivering impactful, intuitive design solutions, especially in fast-paced domains like AdTech.
You'll be at the heart of crafting seamless user experiences across a range of productsfrom onboarding flows to real-time analytics dashboardsfocused on serving advertisers, publishers, and digital marketers. Clean, modern, and functional design is the name of the game.
Requirements
What You'll Do:- End-to-End Design Ownership: Drive the entire design lifecyclefrom discovery and research to prototyping, design systems, and usability testing.
- Data-Driven Interfaces: Design intuitive and visually engaging UIs for dashboards, campaign management tools, and analytics products, transforming complex datasets into digestible insights.
- Collaborative Execution: Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure design goals align with business objectives and tech capabilities.
- Rapid Prototyping: Use tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD to create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and pixel-perfect UI designs in a fast-paced environment.
- AdTech Awareness: While prior AdTech experience isn't mandatory, the ability to work on features like targeting, campaign setup, and creative management is a strong plus.
- 2+ years of experience in product design, ideally with a portfolio that shows strong UX thinking and clean UI execution.
- Expertise with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the bigger picture and design with both user and business goals in mind.
- UX/UI Excellence: Proficient in creating user-centric designs across web and mobile platforms.
- Strong Problem-Solving: Able to turn ambiguous problems into elegant design solutions that are feasible and scalable.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Comfortable articulating design decisions and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with AdTech systems (e.g., DSPs, SSPs) and digital marketing workflows.
- Experience with data visualization and designing analytics dashboards (e.g., tracking ROAS, CTR, segmentation).
- Background in user research and usability testing for ongoing product improvement.
