We are currently seeking a motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join a well-established chiropractic clinic located in Queens, NY . This is a part-time role in a diverse practice setting , including Major Medical, Workers' Compensation, No-Fault, and Liens . New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply!

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly
• Collaborate with chiropractors and other health professionals
• Document treatment sessions using DrChrono EMR
• Educate patients on wellness, injury prevention, and home care

Requirements

• Education: Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
• Licensure: Active New York State Physical Therapist License
• Experience:
• Open to new graduates
• Prior experience in mixed-practice or outpatient rehab is a plus
• Technical Skills:
• Familiarity with EMR systems (DrChrono preferred)
• Proficient in therapeutic modalities and care planning
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathy, adaptability, and a team-first mindset
