Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support a Skilled Nursing Facility in Queens, NY on a part-time weekend contract . This role is ideal for CNAs seeking consistent night shifts in a mission-driven environment where they can deliver meaningful care to long-term residents.

Position Details:

• Location: Queens, NY
• Employment Type: Part-Time (Weekends Only)
• Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays, 3:30 PM 12:00 AM
• Hourly Rate: $27/hour
• Contract Duration: 3 months (with potential extension based on performance and facility needs)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Observe and report changes in residents' health or behavior
• Help with meals, feeding, and hydration
• Maintain a safe, clean environment in compliance with facility standards
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
• Follow infection control and regulatory protocols

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Education: Completion of a state-approved CNA program
• Licensure:
• Active New York CNA certification
• Proof of Hepatitis B immunity (required)
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in long-term care or SNF
• Skills:
• Technical: ADL assistance, vital signs monitoring, infection control
• Soft: Compassion, strong communication, reliability, and teamwork
