Position Details:

Location: Queens, NY
Employment Type: Full-Time
Hourly Rate: $47/hour
Schedule: Morning and evening shifts required; must be available every other Saturday and Sunday

Key Responsibilities:

Administer medications and prescribed treatments
Monitor and document vital signs and patient health changes
Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other staff to execute care plans
Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility
Adhere to infection control and safety protocols
Maintain accurate patient records and respond swiftly to emergencies

Requirements

Qualifications:
