Requirements

• Education: Completion of a state-approved CNA program
• Certification:
• Active NY CNA certification
• Proof of Hepatitis B immunity (mandatory)
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a long-term care or SNF environment
• Skills:
• Assisting with ADLs (bathing, dressing, mobility)
• Infection control
• Vital sign monitoring
• Traits: Compassionate, dependable, team-oriented, excellent communication
