You will work closely with department head to ensure that the daily operations are running smoothly and that any challenges are resolved swiftly.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Management: Oversee and streamline business processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Team Coordination: Coordinate with different departments, including marketing and Finance to ensure alignment and effective execution of operational goals.
Resource Management: Monitor and manage resources (human, financial, and material) to ensure they are used optimally.
Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee projects within the operations team to improve operational efficiency.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that operations meet company standards for quality, efficiency, and safety.

Requirements
