Job Description

As an Admission Counsellor, you will be the first point of contact for potential students interested in our training programs. Your role will involve guiding, counselling, and converting prospective leads into successful enrolments while maintaining a positive brand experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel potential students via phone, email, and in-person about available courses and career paths.
Handle admission inquiries and convert leads into successful enrollments.
Follow up with leads generated through various marketing campaigns.
Maintain student database and update CRM on a daily basis.
Explain course features, benefits, and career outcomes clearly and confidently.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth admission process.

Represent Code with TLS in webinars, career fairs, and other student engagement activities (as needed).

Requirements

Eligibility & Skills:

Minimum 1 year of experience in academic counselling, inside sales, or student support.
Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Comfortable using basic computer tools, Google Sheets, and CRM software.

Positive attitude, team player, and goal-driven.
