Job Description
- Translate written and verbal communication between French and English.
- Interpret conversations during client meetings, calls, or training sessions.
- Provide support to customers/clients from French-speaking regions via email, chat, or phone.
- Assist in localizing content, marketing materials, or documents for French-speaking audiences.
- Proofread and edit translated texts for accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure language accuracy and cultural sensitivity.
- Maintain language quality standards and best practices.
Requirements
Requirements:- Proficiency in French (written and spoken) DELF B2/C1 or equivalent preferred.
- Strong command of English.
- Prior experience in a similar role (translation, customer service, teaching, etc.) is a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Bachelor's degree in French, Linguistics, Communication, or related field.
- Experience with translation tools or CRM platforms (optional).
- Understanding of French culture and nuances.
