Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Translate written and verbal communication between French and English.
Interpret conversations during client meetings, calls, or training sessions.
Provide support to customers/clients from French-speaking regions via email, chat, or phone.
Assist in localizing content, marketing materials, or documents for French-speaking audiences.
Proofread and edit translated texts for accuracy and consistency.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure language accuracy and cultural sensitivity.
Maintain language quality standards and best practices.

Requirements

Requirements:

Proficiency in French (written and spoken) DELF B2/C1 or equivalent preferred.
Strong command of English.
Prior experience in a similar role (translation, customer service, teaching, etc.) is a plus.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in French, Linguistics, Communication, or related field.
